This Wednesday we will be havin’ a show at Sunny’s place again in Red Hook.

It’s the same old down to earth bar we played last wednesday and the one before that.
This show will be different however…..This will be the last show that we’ll see Georgiana.

Georgiana is leaving us on Thursday for gay Paree or some shit, so this show is gonna be her big honky-tonk sendoff. We’ll be doing some Balthrop standards as well as some classic hits by Hank, Roy, Patsy, and the Louvins. Not to be missed. Come say goodbye to Lauren!

A while back a photographer stopped me on the street and took a picture of me in my Santa costume. She told me it was for a Japanese fashion website and gave me the URL. I checked it out today and look who i found:

Hooray! We been wondering what’s been happening with Mo lately, you know, whenever she’s NOT at the Fall. Well, now we know.

well, guys. it’s been a busy weekend. we’ve been working all weekend on songs and tweeking them and the like.

today, we finally took a break and stepped outside to see in amazement that there was a fair going down on the street. it was almost over, but we still managed to get ourselves some grilled corn on the cob.

Awwwww SHUCKS!

I wonder if we could convince the Ross Sisters to move to our town. That would be awesome.

hi there. welcome to balthrop, alabama. population 547 and changin’ all the time. where you never know what might happen.

i myself went into the diner and had myself a piece of pie as stars fell on alabama last night.

that crazy sky, i’m always afraid to look up for fear that something might fall in my eye.
